Your personal data will be securely held on file as part of your contract with us. 
    Data retention period: We shall continue to process your information until 6 years after the contract between us ends or is terminated under any contract terms.
    Sharing your information: We will share your personal data internally for reasons such as creating invoices, booking accommodation, booking tours. We do share your personal information with third parties and they include; Any suppliers/contractors that you confirm to be booked with for your event .
    Lawful basis: Legitimate interests
    The reason we use this basis: To provide you with information relevant to your event.
    We process your information in the following ways: We will use your personal data to provide you with aftercare for your event. This could be final invoicing, insurance claims, passing of information from suppliers/contractors also we may use your information to send emails regarding your specific event, such as an anniversary message, reminder of annual event, or offers and discounts appropriate to your event.
    Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis initially for 3 years past your event or until you withdraw consent 
    Sharing your information: We will not share your information with third parties under this lawful basis; .

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
